CloudStack is an open source cloud computing software for creating, managing, and deploying infrastructure cloud services. It uses existing hypervisors such as KVM, VMware vSphere, and XenServer/XCP for virtualization. In addition to its own API, CloudStack also supports the Amazon Web Services (AWS) API and the Open Cloud Computing Interface from the Open Grid Forum.

HashRoot unifies compatible cloud storage service along with the file system requirements of the CloudStack cloud-computing platform. Users and their applications can directly utilize cloud storage and thus take advantage of HashRoot servicesy to deliver interoperability with the wide diversity of tools and applications. CloudStack templates and snapshots are centrally stored within Hash-Cloud and managed through the CloudStack service and available across datacenters or CloudStack Zones via HashRoot datacenter.
